I have created a very simple and short video on how to use Twitter. Every business owner needs to have a Twitter account setup and needs to be active on there.
Now you can't go anywhere without hearing about it. All the stores, every TV show, every radio station and personality has a Twitter account and now every customer will expect your company to have one if you want to remain credible in their eyes.
A couple tips for your Twitter account.
1) Use a picture of yourself. Not your logo. People want to connect with people, not just businesses.
2) Offer value. Don't just spam your followers with junk. Start conversations and send them valuable, entertaining information.
3) Don't send followers directly to sales page on your first contact. Converse with them 1st.
4) Change your background. I can help with that.
